On the First Day of the Last Month of the Year
This year has been very indescribable to say the least.And for the first day of the last month of the year,I would like to say that I will now start to strictly follow the disciplinary diet&program that my doctors has assigned to me.It will be hard but I would do my best.I honestly don’t want it to happen again.No more sugar,no more starchy foods,no more dairy products,no more...
